7. Enrollment Method
The participants shall verify the eligibility of each participant in accordance with the requirements and return the duly completed “Enrolment Form” together with the “Declaration by Partcipant / Partcipant’s Parents or Guardians” to the Office of DanceSport Association of Hong Kong, China (DSAHKC) (Address: Unit 4619, 46/F, Tower I, Metroplaza, 223 Hing Fong Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong; Fax number: 2312 1196) or via the below link for enrolment (https://forms.gle/3Lrzkj6wwPUbmRxW9) on or before 23 February 2024.
